Job Description:

The chosen candidate will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring smooth functioning of our technical infrastructure and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Drive technical conversations and conduct speaking engagements such as webinars, panels, and workshops
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer applications
Maintain and update customer credit records meticulously
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status
Work extensively with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, and MFA
Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Entra/Azure Active Directory
Showcase technical depth and aptitude in handling issues related to Active Directory and infrastructure
Be well-versed with on-premise systems and infrastructure
Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID
Demonstrable experience with Azure Active Directory
Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
Capable of creating and implementing detailed, comprehensive system documentation
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Good interpersonal skills for communicating with colleagues and clients
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
