We are seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support a 300–400 user environment in Las Vegas. This is an L1/L2-level role ideal for a passionate technologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting, and embraces emerging technologies including AI. This role requires eligibility for approval of a gaming license.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day systems administration and user support (approx. 60 tickets/week via JIRA)
Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Manage identities and access controls within Entra ID (Azure AD)
Log into, manage, and provision servers in VMware environments
Troubleshoot Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and related M365 applications
Assist with onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and account provisioning
Participate in on-call support rotation
Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives
Contribute to AI-driven process enhancements and support modernization efforts
Requirements:
2–3 years of professional experience as a Systems Administrator (L1-level support)
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Hands-on VMware experience (server creation and administration)
Solid troubleshooting skills across M365 applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience working in a ticketing system (JIRA preferred)
Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage ticket volume efficiently
