We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within systems like Active Directory and Office 365
  • Respond to service requests with efficiency, ensuring clear communication and timely resolutions
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of network environments to enhance connectivity and security
  • Oversee server operations, including updates, monitoring, and backup management
  • Configure and maintain virtual environments using VMware hypervisors, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen cybersecurity measures and improve system performance
  • Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications
  • Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures and contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 2 years of experience providing technical support and helpdesk services
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Android, iOS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, virtualization tools, and ticketing systems
  • Strong background in server management, network troubleshooting, and VMware administration
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and work independently

Nice to have

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or VMware certifications are highly desirable
