Together, let’s ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Applied Network Solutions, Inc. is seeking a TS/SCI Polygraph cleared System Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.

Job Responsibility:

plan, analyze, design, develop, test, secure, integrate, implement, operate, and maintain the custom solutions that ANS delivers
Provide administration and support for Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Authorities and manage Windows 10/11 client systems
Administer and troubleshoot various Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, AmazonLinux 2023) within AWS
Deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premises server infrastructure
Develop, implement and maintain automation scripts and configurations using SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and deployment processes

Requirements:

AWS cloud resources, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and other core services
SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python
Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, Amazon Linux 2023) within AWS
Provide administration and support for Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Authorities and manage Windows 10/11 client systems
Administer and troubleshoot various Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, AmazonLinux 2023) within AWS
Deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premises server infrastructure

Ten (10) years' experience as a System Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
IAT I or II Certification
