Requirements

  • Ten (10) years' experience as a System Administrator
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • IAT I or II Certification
  • Extensive experience with AWS, Linux, Windows 10/11, Windows server 2022, Bash/other scripting
  • Handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2)
  • Configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems
  • Implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance
