Job Description:

This role is crucial in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to ensure operational efficiency and foster organizational growth. The position involves managing IT infrastructure, overseeing system installations, optimizing networks, supervising software applications, and implementing cybersecurity strategies to secure sensitive company data. Additionally, the role includes delivering technical support, resolving system issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement that enhance system reliability and performance.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and maintain the company’s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems
Diagnose and swiftly resolve IT-related issues to ensure consistent and uninterrupted operations
Collaborate with external managed service providers for specialized project execution, system administration, and infrastructure management tasks
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively recommending upgrades and optimizations to the technology framework
Plan, implement, and oversee IT projects such as network enhancements, system migrations, and software integrations with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Develop, enforce, and continuously improve IT policies
create best practice guides to ensure compliance and foster a secure operating environment
Conduct periodic audits to assess systems for performance, security vulnerabilities, and adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and project coordination
Strong understanding of network protocols, cybersecurity principles, and software life cycles
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions
Experience working with managed service providers and external vendors
Knowledge of emerging technologies with the ability to incorporate innovative solutions into existing systems
Exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
