Job Responsibility:

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Software applications
  • Monitor system health, logs, and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Work with the database team to maintain integrity and performance (Oracle and SQL)
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or improvements to existing infrastructure
  • Provide on-call support for priority Production issues
  • Triage real-time production incidents and perform RCA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Document business process flows, system documentation, operating procedures, and configurations
  • Work with development teams on building and maintaining Applications and reports for operational and various business functions
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls following security best practices
  • Apply security patches, and perform regular security monitoring and backups
  • Implement and monitor security controls such as firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability remediation
  • Support audit activities and ensure systems comply with corporate security and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in System Administrator
  • Experience with windows environments, server administration, scripting skills
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience working with Financial Applications and Automation scheduling tools
  • Experience with financial reporting data points
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
