ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Administrator.

Job Responsibility

  • Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
  • Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
  • Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc
  • Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
  • Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process
  • Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity, and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements and updates to improve reliability, security, and performance
  • Proficient with Linux
  • Minimum of 2 years Linux system administration experience
  • Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources

Requirements

  • Must currently possess an active NSA TS/SCI with FS Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • 15 years’ experience as a SA in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • Linux system administration background
  • Knowledge of physical and virtual servers (rack/stack, network, build, deploy, etc.)
  • Knowledge of log aggregation applications
