Job Description

Buckman is seeking a transformational associate who will be responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing and maintaining Buckman’s client-side infrastructure, Microsoft 365 stack, Azure Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft Collaboration suite of tools. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging traditional on-premise, cloud and hybrid infrastructure to achieve cost effective, secure, scalable and reliable solutions for Buckman’s collaboration needs. These solutions will require expertise in cloud architecture, desktop and mobile device management. The candidate must possess broad knowledge of infrastructure technologies necessary for effectively implementing and supporting Buckman’s critical systems. In this role, you will have exposure to cross-functional teams and you will be learning something new every day with the ability to apply your learning.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for strategy, evaluating, designing, implementing and maintaining Buckman’s client-side infrastructure, Microsoft 365 stack, Azure Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Teams and Collaboration
  • Responsible for leveraging traditional on-premise, cloud and hybrid infrastructure to achieve cost effective, secure, scalable and reliable solutions for Buckman’s digital needs
  • Architect, design and evaluate technical solutions that interface with Microsoft Technologies to provide more effective ways of delivering services
  • Liaison with Cyber Security team for Global Office 365 Cloud identity management using Microsoft invested tools
  • work collaboratively and with urgency to respond to cyber incidents
  • Assist with evaluation, design, installation, configuration and maintenance of various software tools primarily for Windows endpoint computing deployment and management
  • Assist in implementing and managing collaboration platform and web based collaborative communication tools (e.g. MS Teams)
  • Ensure IT and CI projects are managed effectively through the entire project lifecycle
  • Work with global IT leaders in other countries to support their IT needs
  • Follow processes and procedures that align with our ISO 27001 certification
  • Provide tier 2 or 3 technical support to any end user that is escalated from the Service Desk

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 10+ years’ experience as an IT professional with broad IT exposure
  • 10+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API knowledge
  • Experience in Automation
  • Deep knowledgeable on Microsoft Windows OS versions and tools used to identify and remediate cyber security incidents
  • Broad knowledge of IT disciplines Knowledgeable on future strategies/road maps across Microsoft cloud platform
  • Advanced knowledge of business internal controls and systems Programming experience
  • Advanced analytical/trouble-shooting skills
