Job Description

Leverage your hands-on TechnologyOne expertise to drive system configuration, ETL development, and automation for a leading Financial Services business. You will manage the maintenance, upgrades, and optimisation of the ERP platform (TechnologyOne) and related modules. This role requires a technical specialist who can bridge the gap between Group Finance and Technology teams, driving automation, process improvements, and system transformation projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the functional owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TechnologyOne Financials
  • Manage the Chart of Accounts, system issues, and remediation efforts with external partners
  • Lead automation approaches and identify workflow improvements (BPA) within current finance systems to increase efficiency
  • Support finance transformation initiatives and system upgrades
  • Build ETLs within TechnologyOne and manage integrations with external feeds
  • Consult with business units to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Develop change materials and deliver user training on financial systems across the group

Requirements

  • Experience in a dedicated Systems Accountant role
  • Hands-on TechnologyOne experience is required
  • Technical competency in building ETLs, understanding web services, managing purchasing/supply-chain modules, and automated workflows (BPA) is highly regarded
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with CA or CPA qualification (preferred)
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate technical system requirements to finance stakeholders across various levels
