Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving digital transformation within a high-performance environment? We are looking for a System Transition Lead to spearhead a critical migration from SAP ECC6 to Technology One's Finance One platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial operations of a prominent organisation as it prepares for a decade of transformational growth. You will act as the central coordinator, driving system adoption and ensuring that financial capabilities are perfectly aligned with evolving business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end transition from SAP to Finance One, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the project
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while coordinating internal teams and external consultants
  • Oversee the configuration and deployment of Finance One modules and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Spearhead the mapping, cleansing, and migration of financial data from SAP to the new platform while implementing strict quality assurance
  • Redesign and optimise finance workflows to improve operational efficiency and identify opportunities for further automation

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance system implementation or large-scale transformation projects
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP and Finance One (Technology One), including the use of data migration tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a primary liaison between finance and IT teams
  • Proven expertise in programme management, with relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile being highly regarded
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout a complex transition lifecycle
