Job Responsibility:

Conduct technical training sessions in SIG Training Centers worldwide to qualify customers and employees
Prepare, follow up, and document training sessions, including evaluating learning outcomes
Conduct technical assessments and other service products (e.g., Train the Trainer, Coaching)
Responsible for the technical status and condition of the training machines
Create training documentation, including translations and digitalization (eLearning)
Perform non-training-related tasks in the Training Center, such as packaging material and material testing
Advise internal departments and customers on training-related topics
Qualify and, if applicable, certify new system trainers
Actively participate in the setup of new training programs and on-site developments
Attend technical training and provide on-site services to build and maintain technical expertis

Requirements:

Successfully completed vocational training or technical degree in mechatronics, mechanics, or a comparable qualification
Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in the field of mechanics or mechatronics
