We are seeking a skilled System Testing Team Lead to join our storage company. As a System Test Team Lead, you will lead a team of system testers responsible for ensuring the quality of our storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, verify bug fixes, and develop testing strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the System Test team delivers high-quality results, meets deadlines, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in system testing
  • Experience in leading experienced QA engineers, effectively prioritize and switch between tasks, and maintain a clear view of the overall quality picture
  • Act as the focal point for the QA team, continuously improving team performance, processes, and collaboration across the organization
  • Strong technical background in networking concepts and common protocols, with the ability to stay hands-on and engaged in technical discussions
  • Solid experience with server-side operating systems and services, including Active Directory, LDAP, and related infrastructure components
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
  • Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience as Sys-Admin, Support, Integration engineer or Professional services
  • Knowledge of SAN and NAS protocols
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMWare/HyperV/KVM
  • Experience with execution, debugging, and writing of scripts (Python/Bash)
  • Experience with HW testing
  • MCSE/CCNA/ISTQB or higher certifications
