Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated System Tester with preferably at least 6 months of marine or 3 months of continuous Company experience in a similar position. The candidate will provide hands-on assistance to the assigned supervisor, perform duties required in the test function, including test preparation, conducting tests, and recording results.

Job Responsibility

  • Follows instructions from supervisor
  • Prepares systems for structural integrity and tightness testing as directed
  • Sets up all test equipment and conducts required test functions
  • Monitors test functions and interprets results
  • may record data as required
  • Corrects minor test discrepancies as needed to ensure test is completed satisfactorily
  • Must follow all Company policies and procedures, including those relative to employee safety, environmental policy, and the principles of our quality system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of marine or 3 months of continuous Company experience in a similar position preferred
  • Must be able to work in confined/enclosed spaces
  • Must be able to work/climb in elevations greater than 5'
  • Must be able to wear/work a respirator when applicable
