Job Description:

The role of System Support within Purchasing Development Logistics is to support suppliers with the ambition to optimize usage of business solutions available and contribute to the development of digital solutions of the future.

Job Responsibility:

Train and support IKEA Suppliers who use specific IKEA business solutions in their daily work
Represent needs of IKEA Suppliers when developing IKEA business solutions used by them
Participate in development of IKEA business solutions used by IKEA Suppliers

Requirements:

Strong background in business solutions (ECIS, EDI, ESP) & the working methods/business processes connected to it
Ability to support, inspire and communicate clearly with people
Ability to build trustful relations
Good listener and presenter with great facilitation and trainer skills
Analytical & structured while keeping the holistic perspective in mind
