Job Responsibility

  • Collaboration and Coordination of OpenRAN release schedules in conjunction with the OpenRAN vendors to ensure a timely delivery of Major and Minor releases
  • Governance of the 3rd Party System Integrators End-to-end testing (in vendor labs and 3rd Party SI environment) to validate functionality, performance, security and reliability representative of Vodafone deployments
  • Validation of OpenRAN readiness for commercial service, maintaining operational performance and reliability through robust system release management processes
  • Influence and leverage collaborations through our technology, partners and OpenRAN industry forums for Product Integration best practices, Network Services, solutions, Support and E2E testing
  • Drive Year on year cost reduction and process/platform efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in system integration and release management, preferably in telecommunications
  • Strong contract and commercial understanding
  • Knowledge of OpenRAN technologies, standards, and interfaces
  • Proven track record of managing multi-vendor integration projects and complex release processes
  • Strong understanding of automated testing, deployment tools, and CI/CD practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex topics simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
