System integration engineer is acting a role to be responsible for new product introduction from Proto phase to Pilot phase. He also acts as an expert to hold system level performance improvement project and treat system level issues.
Job Responsibility:
Speed up new product introduction process
System performance enhancement
System performance sustaining
Motion control enhancement and sustaining
System level issue trouble shooting (Wafer stage settling time and vibration)
Design support. (Work with designer to collect and analysis data, feedback issues for designer for further improvement)
System project facilitator and management. (Can own a project independently, define scope, set up project plan, regular update current progress and reveal issues)
Experimental Design for product failure analysis
New product introduction from proto phase to pilot phase
On-site proto/pilot phase system installation and issue technical support
Requirements:
Master in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering
3~7 years work experience
Mechatronics (Necessary)
Vacuum system operation experience and theory (Necessary)
Automation Control (Necessary)
Familiar with eScan460, eP5XLE and eScan320 system operation, such as AM tuning, XY-stage tuning and vibration source analysis (Necessary)
