Job Responsibility
Prepare the installation in Veldhoven | be up to date about latest developments, chase quality issues in our factory and prepare the transfer of the system to the field
Investigate, challenge and prepare technical and logistically all deviations, ODRs, DNs
Oversee progress of installation on site | focus on Quality, Cycle time and Cost
Coordinate, report & drive progress of the installation
Develop and adjust daily plans | anticipate on progress and issues encountered - provide first action plan when possible
Drive timely and effective escalation management by challenging support parties constructively to ensure data-driven decisions while ensuring ownership, clarity, and closure of issues
Identify and address resource/help requests
Identify structural issues, capture learnings, and ensure they are shared and followed up by TWINSCAN Factory, Natural Team or identified stakeholders
Communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders
Act as the linking pin and accountable communicator between installation team and Veldhoven, working independently while remaining transparent on install status, KPI progress, and recovery actions
Own the Installation Quality (Zero repeat mindset) by preparing SPS for voice of customer /zero repeat and ensure compliance with ASML Quality standards and balance Customer expectations
Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying process inefficiencies and standardizing best practices across installs
Actively analyze performance losses, propose improvements, and contribute ideas to enhance cycle time, quality, and cost efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial)
Working experience in a hands-on technical environment with ability to support with known methods. (e.g. PDCA , DMAIC model)
Progress reporting, dealing with Customers, field operations, international organization and process improvement projects
Experience in coordinating a team of highly educated Install-engineers (in shifts) and local stakeholders
Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal as well in writing)
Project coordination skills with technical knowledge
Strong stakeholder management skills
Empathy, proactiveness and process-oriented view while being relationship builder (influence without power)
Self-sufficient personality who excels under pressure while remains flexible to sudden changes in travel schedules, job scope and working hours
