Job Responsibility:

  • Provide remote support to customers and ensure their parking systems function reliably
  • Process technical requests according to contractually agreed response times (SLA)
  • Actively contribute to improving remote resolution time
  • Identify optimization potential and support the introduction of new products and solutions
  • Work closely with 2nd-level support, field service and partners
  • Contribute expertise to installations and upgrades
  • Help increase service revenues, reduce travel costs and continuously improve processes

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (HTL, technical apprenticeship or similar)
  • Ideally initial experience in technical customer support
  • Basic IT knowledge, technical understanding and interest in new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent and reliable work ethic, high flexibility and team spirit
  • Empathy for customers and a solution-oriented approach
  • German at native speaker level
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (at least C1)
