From CRM platforms like Alpha, One, and FuturA (built on MS Dynamics 365) to innovative tools such as Kate, our digital assistant, you’ll work on systems that make a real impact for both customers and employees. Your work will balance technical excellence and innovation: maintaining robust environments while enabling transformation through AI Agents, Generative AI, new CRM capabilities, and process automation. To support our growing AI roadmap for commercial employees, we’re strengthening our team with three versatile, multi-skilled professionals who will contribute to both new initiatives and ongoing operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and maintain the technical foundations of our CRM environments
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of CRM platforms and surrounding systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, proactively identifying root causes and proposing robust solutions
  • Automate deployments, monitoring, and operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Work closely with architects, other developers, and analysts to ensure secure, cost-effective, and compliant technical designs
  • Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operation
  • Contribute to strategic programs, including modernization, cloud readiness, and AI-enablement
