Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our team, ensuring the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission-critical systems. You will perform Level 1 restoration using documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Confluence sites, and historical tickets, while maintaining seamless system functionality. This position requires working 12-hour shifts, rotating monthly between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to support 24/7 mission operations. Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission-critical systems

Requirements

  • No demonstrated experience is required
  • A Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
