Job Description

Reporting to and working in collaboration with CommonSpirit Health Operations, this position is responsible for leading, carrying out and monitoring the majority of the activities related to the Chargemaster and Charge Capture activities. This position will require collaboration and consistent communication with the System and Division CommonSpirit Health Leaders as well as other members of CommonSpirit Health Middle Revenue Cycle leadership, Revenue Cycle Partners and Enterprise Executive Leadership, CFOs and CMOs. The role leads the CommonSpirit Health CDM and Charge Capture enterprise with the goal to enhance effectiveness of patient net revenue realization and minimize revenue leakage across the system. This involves complete capture of patient revenue in every area that generates charges, management in relation to charging mechanisms and triggers, ensuring clean handoffs between System Revenue Cycle, Division Revenue Integrity, Strategic Pricing, Denials Management, and System/Division Clinical Operations.
