Within the Human Channels train, we are strengthening our architecture team with a System Architect. This role is open to both junior profiles who want to grow into architecture and experienced architects who want to broaden their scope and explore the CRM domain. You help shape platforms that support customer and employee interactions. These platforms connect CRM solutions (Dynamics 365), digital channels, AI-driven assistants and integration services.
Job Responsibility:
Shape and evolve system and integration architecture within Human Channels train
Translate business and functional needs into architectural designs and guidelines
Work with product owners, business analysts and development teams
Contribute to CRM and omnichannel customer interactions
Contribute to AI-enabled assistants and knowledge services
Contribute to integration patterns and data flows across enterprise platforms
Account for non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability)
Align with other architects and trains for consistency
Requirements:
Experience as a System Architect or in system/integration architecture
Interest in learning CRM domain including Dynamics 365 and omnichannel interaction patterns
Architectural thinking across applications and platforms
Interest in enterprise platforms (CRM solutions, digital channels, integration landscapes)
