Job Description:

We are looking for a System and Operational Security Assistant Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining a robust, secure, and resilient technological infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the implementation of security configurations (hardening) across servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications
  • Ensure server and service access aligns with corporate security policies
  • Monitor the health and status of endpoint security software (Antivirus, EDR, etc.)
  • Support the investigation of security incidents such as spam, phishing, and malware
  • Manage user account lifecycles (creation, updates, offboarding) within Active Directory and Azure AD environments
  • Track and report on privileged accounts (admin, etc.)
  • Perform core administrative and security tasks across Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments
  • Support activities related to ISO 27001, KVKK (GDPR), and internal information security policies
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation for internal and external audit processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing Windows Server and Linux operating systems
  • At least 3 years of experience in Active Directory, Exchange management, and Microsoft 365 administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud systems and security principles
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and KVKK (Data Privacy) regulations
  • Possession of ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA) certification and Microsoft or equivalent technical certifications is highly preferred
