Lead end-to-end design and development of system applications. Drive the complete Software Development Lifecycle, spanning initial requirement gathering through final program deployment. Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, translate them into comprehensive system functional designs, oversee quality assurance, and coordinate with UAT phase. Partner with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams to ensure all development aligns precisely with technical specifications and functional blueprints. Integration of robust IT security controls and regulatory compliance standards into all aspects of system development. Take ownership of and manage assigned IT initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
