System Analyst

• Conduct full-cycle system analysis from initiation to delivery
• gather and align technical requirements, especially for system integrations
• define contracts and communication protocols between systems
• prepare development tasks and collaborate closely with developers
• work with diverse stakeholders including business teams, technical experts, testers, and UX designers

• Experience as a System Analyst in IT projects
• strong technical and tooling skills
• proven experience in system integration and message definition
• basic development background is a plus
• excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
• attention to detail and clarity in communication
• assertiveness and openness in stakeholder discussions
• ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• solid knowledge of: Kafka, APIs (including synchronous APIs), OpenAPI and AsyncAPI, Postman, Swagger, UML, Enterprise Architect, relational databases, distributed system architecture, Jira
• ability to: analyze functional requirements and system needs, model IT systems, analyze logs and errors

Experience in the financial sector, especially in currency markets
