We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Analyst with a strong QA and Testing background to support a large-scale enterprise environment, with a focus on claims processing systems (MMIS or similar). This role is heavily centered on manual testing, test coordination, and defect management across complex, multi-vendor systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in Agile environments and has a proven track record of leading SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support manual testing efforts, including test scenario development, test case creation, and execution
Coordinate and manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing activities
Develop and maintain test plans, test data, and testing documentation
Track, manage, and report on defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar platforms
Facilitate and lead defect triage calls across multiple vendors and internal teams
Analyze system requirements and translate them into comprehensive test coverage
Generate test metrics, reports, and summaries for stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementations and enhancements
Perform impact analysis for system changes and ensure proper validation
Support debugging and troubleshooting of complex system issues
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
5+ years of experience with large-scale claims processing systems (MMIS or similar)
Extensive experience with: Manual test case creation and execution
Test scenario development
Test data preparation
Defect tracking and reporting
Proven experience coordinating: SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities (12+ years preferred)
Strong experience with Agile testing methodologies
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar test management tools
Demonstrated ability to lead defect triage calls across multiple teams/vendors
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
