System Analyst

System Analyst will work in our Teknopark Istanbul (Kurtköy) office as part of the PCF/PCRF Product Development Group.

• Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent department (It is preferable that the language of instruction is English.)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English to understand documents at technical level
• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Knowledge and experience in Telecom and preferably EPC and 5G Core Network
• Experience in J2EE, HTTP/REST, JSON, SOAP, Web Service, SQL, Unix, Linux
• Ability to read, understand & analyze the standards and specifications published by 3GPP
• Ability to draw end-to-end process diagrams
• Ability to prepare necessary flow and screen documentation for end users
• Experience in Use-Case writing
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work as part of a team
• No restriction to travel abroad in a professional capacity

• Experience in application/system testing Telecom field is preferred
• Knowledge of Diameter Protocol is preferred
• Experience on PCF/PCRF Core Network elements is preferred
• Knowledge of work tracking, bug reporting and project management tools (Jira, etc.) is preferred
• Ability to contribute to Test Automation script development is preferred
• Knowledge of using Test tools (Postman, Jmeter, Selenium, etc.) is preferred
