Experience as a Lead Business Analyst for 5+ years
Experience as a System Analyst with a solid understanding of IT system architecture
Leading the QA/BA function on large-scale projects with 100+ team members and 20+ direct reports
Practical experience in implementing and optimizing tools and processes, not just operating at the methodological level
A combination of hands-on expertise and leadership – building the practice, mentoring, and owning the quality of the function

Job Responsibility

Developing and implementing business and systems analysis strategy for complex IT projects
Defining and evolving the requirements management service: standards, processes, tools, and metrics
Optimizing requirements-related workflows for various scenarios (greenfield development, legacy systems, off-the-shelf solutions, integrations)
Introducing AI tools and automation to improve analyst efficiency: reducing routine efforts, improving artifact quality
Creating and maintaining documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN, UML, ERD)
Aligning functional and non-functional requirements with development, architecture, and business teams
Embedding requirements analysis processes into end-to-end SDLC considering Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Resolving complexities and conflicts in requirements processes: addressing inconsistencies, resistance to change, and skill gaps
