We are looking for a System Administrator with solid IT experience to support and maintain our technology environment. This role covers day-to-day system administration, user support, and participation in IT projects. The role will also have exposure to automation and AI-enabled tools used in IT operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide hardware and software support to end-users
Administer and maintain systems, applications, and cloud services
Manage and resolve support tickets and escalated issues
Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and resolve incidents
Support IT projects and technology improvements
Assist with system configuration, deployments, and upgrades
Perform post-incident reviews and maintain documentation
Work with the Security team on policies and controls
Evaluate tools and solutions, including AI-assisted and automation tools
Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
Requirements:
Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with device management and policy deployment
Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of networking and cloud platforms
Experience or exposure to scripting and automation
Ability to create clear technical documentation
Experience with, or strong interest in, AI-enabled or automation tools in IT
Willingness to learn and support AI-assisted systems (e.g. copilots, automation workflows, intelligent monitoring)
Understanding of security, data privacy, and responsible use of AI tools
