Job Responsibility:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation
  • Carry out patching and system hardening
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware issues
  • Document and track system configuration
  • Assist in the design of new solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (CISCO,TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of cyber security frameworks
