We are seeking a skilled and reliable System Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support, manage network and server environments, and ensure smooth operation of on-premises and cloud-based systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical depth across multiple domains, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibility:
Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users for hardware, software, and operating system-related issues
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems
Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Update services
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls
Support and manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP – as applicable)
Perform backup operations, monitor backup jobs, and support restore activities
ensure data protection best practices are followed
Assist with datacenter operations, including server management, cabling coordination, and hardware lifecycle management
Troubleshoot and support video conferencing and collaboration devices (e.g., Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, conference hardware)
Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective actions
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and asset records
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and support
Travel to other offices or client locations as required for IT support and infrastructure activities
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac OS troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with networking technologies (switches, routers, firewalls)
Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Updates/WSUS
Working knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms
Familiarity with backup technologies and data protection concepts
Experience supporting end-user hardware and software issues
Knowledge of datacenter management and operations
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to travel to other office locations when required
