We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to oversee and optimize our IT infrastructure. This role involves managing identity systems, securing endpoints, monitoring networks, and providing technical support to ensure seamless operations. Based in West Bend, Wisconsin, this is an on-site position requiring a proactive approach to system management and problem resolution.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls
Configure and deploy endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and performance for Windows 11 devices
Monitor IT systems and automate workflows using tools like Pulseway to ensure system efficiency and reliability
Provide technical support and resolve issues through Jira Service Management or similar helpdesk platforms
Troubleshoot and optimize network performance using CatchPoint and ensure uptime through proactive monitoring
Administer secure web and application delivery platforms such as Akamai to maintain system security
Implement cloud security measures and data protection policies using Netskope
Manage endpoint detection and response tools like CrowdStrike Falcon to safeguard against threats
Conduct security awareness training and phishing simulations using KnowBe4 to enhance organizational cybersecurity
Create and maintain clear system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles for internal use
Requirements:
Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a related role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments
Hands-on experience with Windows 11 device management and enterprise-level endpoint solutions
Knowledge of endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon and monitoring tools like Pulseway
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira and security platforms like Akamai and Netskope
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and telephony issues
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) or scripting experience in PowerShell are a plus
