Job Description

The System Administrator will be primarily responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 and virtualization infrastructure. This position will make an impact by driving continuous improvement in processes and execution of updates. Must be local to Dallas/Ft Worth area for some onsite work at our Richardson, TX location.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or other business-related field
  • 7+ years of related experience with a minimum of 3 years in managing enterprise level Microsoft technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Permissions Management
  • Demonstrated strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra, Sharepoint, MFA
  • Strong experience working with and troubleshooting Azure or AWS Cloud, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, Cloud Networking
  • Storage Management (SAN), LUN Activities, Snapshots, Clones
  • Familiarity with web technologies, IIS Application Pools, Load Balancing, SSL Offloading
  • Strong understanding of enterprise level infrastructure and ITIL processes
  • Strong Powershell scripting experience
  • Strong problem solving and project management skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with virtualized infrastructure (VMWare or XenServer)
  • Strong analytical knowledge and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge in supplemental Microsoft Technologies
  • Knowledge of image-based backups, snapshots, and disaster recovery methodologies
  • Periodic travel may be required

  • Familiarity with Citrix, XenApp, Hosted Shared Desktops
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • MCSE, MCSA, or MCA certification(s)
  • VMware, NAS, and SAN experience
