Job Description:

Management of modern IT systems, troubleshooting and resolution of malfunctions; Analysis and resolution of system errors during operation (L1 & L2 support); Further development and implementation of the IT infrastructure; Monitoring of the IT infrastructure Installation and independent commissioning of infrastructure systems as well as their documentation and preparation for operation; Ensuring the operation of hardware and software applications, including manual and automatic updates; User management for special applications Asset and infrastructure management: Ensuring the current data inventory for the installed hardware, software, licenses and maintenance contracts Communication with customers and subcontractors regarding operational service aspects and incident management

Requirements:

  • Master's / Diploma degree program in Computer science / Business informatics
  • Professional IT experience with network servers and operating systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of switching operation and configuration is required
  • CCNA certifications are advantageous
  • IT knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructure is required
  • Virtualization knowledge is advantageous
  • Fluency in English & German is a must
