Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our team and take part in the maintenance, configuration, administration, and development of Linux-based database systems. Job Responsibility:

Installation and maintenance on the system (databases)
Handling network problems on Linux systems
Understanding of operation and support on Kubernetes
Monitoring, recognising and reacting to problems

Requirements:

Proven experience in Linux system administration, preferably with Debian
Solve non-trivial tasks with the help of scripts in Bash, Perl or Python
Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
git/familiar with gitOps workflows
Container and Kubernetes Fundamentals
Designing and operating HA/distributed systems
Good knowledge in configuration management/automation with puppet and/or ansible
In-depth knowledge of networking
Database fundamentals (MariaDB, Redis)
