Job Description

As a System Administrator / IT Support Specialist at IV Future, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting our IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations. You will oversee server and network management, perform system updates, handle technical support requests, and ensure system reliability and data protection.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and configure the operation of computer systems and servers
  • Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems
  • Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
  • Document problems and solutions appropriately
  • Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts
  • Performing regular security tests and security monitoring
  • Maintaining networks and network file systems
  • Oversee desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring that all applications, workstations and equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with IT maintenance and technical support required
  • Associates degree or equivalent required
  • computer-related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Server hardware, operating systems, and software knowledge
  • Experience with scripting languages and SQL server databases
  • Work experience with system like : Windows, Linux, or Mac systems
  • Effective time management skills
