Job Responsibility:

  • Administer physical servers, storage (SAN), and advanced networking
  • Ensure high availability of services and performance of virtualized environments (VMware)
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and continuity of backups (Veeam)
  • Diagnose and resolve critical incidents using a root cause analysis approach
  • Act as a technical expert during needs analysis and the design of innovative solutions
  • Complete thorough documentation of installations and procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
  • Actively participate in technological improvements (automation, cloud, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration, ideally in a multi-tenant or data center environment
  • Expert in VMware environments and the Windows ecosystem. Proficient with Hyper-V and Proxmox environments
  • Strong skills in TCP, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN routing, and ideally BGP
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/M365), Intune, or automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) will be considered a significant asset
