Job Responsibility

Provide hands-on support for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems
Monitor system performance and respond to issues across servers, networks, storage, and endpoints
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at both Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalated support) levels
Assist users with system access, usage issues, and general IT support needs
Manage daily system operations, including configuration, upgrades, and patching
Communicate status updates and resolution details to internal stakeholders and leadership
Support hardware and dispatch-related issues through resolution
Analyze and resolve more complex technical problems, including escalated tickets
Optimize system performance and resource utilization
