Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the stability, performance, and security of all infrastructure components
  • Proactively identify and resolve system performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and potential outages
  • Monitor system health and performance and troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide timely resolutions
  • Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and security updates
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect infrastructure assets
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, application development) to ensure smooth system operations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and knowledge base
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure systems, processes, and configurations
  • Prepare reports on infrastructure performance, incidents, and improvements
  • Ensure infrastructure complies with organizational policies and industry standards
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and industry best practices
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize infrastructure performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, CCNA, CompTIA Server+, VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization, Veeam Certified Engineer, Commvault Certified Professional
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong proficiency in managing servers, networks, and storage systems
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM)
  • Proven expertise in implementing, operating, and supporting Windows Server and Linux server (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) operating systems
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
