The Syrup Preparation & Water Treatment Lead is responsible for overseeing syrup preparation operations and managing water treatment processes to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with food safety standards. This role leads daily operations, supervises staff, maintains equipment, and ensures adherence to quality, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise syrup preparation activities according to approved formulations and SOPs
Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, heating, and filtration of ingredients
Monitor syrup quality parameters such as Brix, pH, color, and clarity
Maintain batch records, production logs, and traceability documentation
Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and CIP of syrup tanks and pipelines
Coordinate with QA and production teams to meet production schedules
