Requirements

Extensive experience in prime brokerage or futures and clearing, with a deep understanding of synthetic products such as portfolio swaps, hedge fund strategies across asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives), and market structure.
Strong intellectual curiosity, advanced analytical, and conceptual thinking. Proven ability to independently leverage analytical tools and complex data to develop strategic insights, forecast market trends, and drive critical business decisions.
Extensive experience in directly optimizing business Profit & Loss and financial resource metrics, with a deep focus on optimizing trading-related metrics. Comprehensive understanding of capital requirements, regulatory capital, and advanced financial accounting principles, applied through direct contribution.

Proven expertise in comprehensively assessing, mitigating, and controlling operational, market, and credit risk across complex financial products and systems through direct involvement and analysis.
Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, and articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively in a fast-paced environment.
