Bachelor's or Master's degree in a numerical (STEM) subject or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven track record in financial markets
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and VBA

Job Responsibility

Risk manage Synthetic Prime Brokerage trading books, including responsibility for risk mitigation, hedging, P&L, reconciliation, and accurate reporting
Drive process reengineering and streamlining initiatives, maintaining a robust framework of key risks and controls
Collaborate with Prime Sales Trading teams to effectively apply pricing and rerates to client swap positions
Partner with Technology teams to enhance systems, improving trading flow efficiency, operational processes, and controls, while eliminating manual touch points
Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new trading opportunities and optimize existing strategies within the Synthetic Prime platform
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to trading activities and risk management
