Synthetic Flight Instructor

• Delivering training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations
• Instructing trainees on the various training devices
• Providing an evaluation of the crews progression
• Producing a written report and grading of the trainees performance at the end of each session
• Determining the necessity to provide extra training in order to achieve the desired level of proficiency
• Participating in the improvement and development of training documentation

• Hold valid/current ATPL for applicable aircraft type from recognized ICAO signatory country
• Be type rated on applicable aircraft type
• 5 years Air Carrier experience
• Pilot in command of 2,000 hours Jet Transport category aircraft
• Including 500 hours of on-type experience or Two years experience as a simulator instructor on Airbus aircraft
