Synopsis Writer

• Create engaging short-form descriptions that introduce Polish and CEE region films and TV series to audiences and highlight what makes each title worth watching
• Develop concise editorial and in-product copy across different formats, including content collections, user communications, and promotional messaging
• Ensure written materials are culturally relevant and linguistically accurate for Polish audiences
• Partner with editorial stakeholders to refine content based on briefs, feedback, and audience needs
• Shape clear, inclusive, and audience-focused storytelling that reflects diverse genres and viewer expectations

• Strong command of English in a professional environment and native-level fluency in Polish
• Deep familiarity with Polish entertainment, media trends, and popular culture
• Proven ability to write and edit compelling content in both languages with clarity and creativity
• Background in entertainment, media, digital publishing, or content-focused environments involving short-form writing
• Experience crafting concise copy designed for digital products or user-facing communication
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in editorial standards
• Ability to quickly research unfamiliar titles or topics and translate insights into clear messaging
• Comfort working collaboratively, incorporating feedback, and iterating on content
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently within deadlines

Knowledge of other European Languages is a plus
