Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement data migration strategies using the Syniti ADMM platform to support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
  • Configure and develop migration workflows including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across SAP environments
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high data quality and consistency during migration cycles
  • Collaborate with business analysts, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to define migration scope and data requirements
  • Map legacy system data structures to SAP S/4HANA data models and validate field level mappings
  • Execute migration test cycles and validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems
  • Identify data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and resolve migration issues during testing and deployment phases
  • Support migration documentation, data validation reports, and governance processes related to enterprise data transition
