Job Responsibility:
Supervise remote switch technicians to achieve compliance with network reliability metrics and operational standards
Mentor and develop direct reports through regular feedback and career development activities
Ensure alignment to all company policies and internal switch maintenance procedures
Manage operational expenses and company assets related to switch operations
Coordinate projects with internal teams and vendors to meet market goals and quality standards
Serve as the primary escalation point for switch issues and maintain accuracy of operational data
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Acceptable areas of study include Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field
4-7 years Technical experience in telecommunications or mobile switching systems
2-4 years Experience with GSM systems

Acquired or in the process of acquiring certifications related to management or management processes such as a PMP is a strong plus
