Job Responsibility

Oversee and maintain safe, clean, and inviting swimming facilities
Conduct swimming classes, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and responsibly
Manage the swimming programme, including attendance records, recruiting and supervising freelance instructors, and ensuring compliance with the National Rescue Test and risk assessment procedures
Assess swimmers' abilities, assign them to suitable classes, organise holiday Crash Courses, and issue certificates when goals are achieved
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, responding to inquiries, managing feedback, and working closely with the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to maintain high standards and smooth team communication

Arranges for replacements for absent employees
Maintains the appropriate levels of chemicals for the pool environment
