Job Description:

Swim teaching is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding jobs around, and a great, flexible way to earn an excellent income alongside your other commitments, e.g. completing tertiary studies. Fit2Swim is pleased to offer a sponsored training program to those keen to become a Swim Instructor. We pay for your Swim Instructor course and then provide on-the-job training with our experienced Swim Instructors, enabling you to obtain your instructor licence and join our team.

Requirements:

Experience in competitive-level swimming
Experience with children, e.g. teaching or coaching, running kids' activity programs, baby sitting
Passionate about developing students' swimming and water safety skills
Reliable and committed
Loves working with children
Has lots of energy and enthusiasm with a sense of fun
Communicates well and is an effective team player
