Job Description

Our swimmers are not only diving into great lessons, our employees are also diving into great opportunities! At Goldfish Swim School, we care about providing top-notch swim lessons and making every moment Golden. We offer part-time hours, a set weekly schedule and a growth track in place to build your leadership skills and achievements. You can grow with Goldfish even if this is your after school or second job.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing class materials and reviewing lesson themes
  • Teaching 4 swimmers per class (6 swimmers in infant parent-and-me style lessons)
  • Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents
  • Lifeguarding and supervising lessons

Requirements

  • Must know how to swim
  • Passion for helping others
  • Customer service skills
  • Patient and genuine
  • Ability to work the same scheduled days every week
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Available to work throughout the summer and fall
