Job Description:

If you are fluent in the Swedish language, we have the perfect job for you! We can offer you a Swedish language job whilst remote working from a Greek village, Greek island or even a historical city in Greece. Boost your career and enjoy the adventure of living & working in Greece. We are seeking Swedish Speaking Travel Experts who will be representing a world-class brand in tourism! No experience is necessary all you need is fluent Swedish language skills. All training will be provided. So why not jump at the opportunity to join a global community support team & support clients by assisting them with their bookings, accommodation queries etc and take on the adventure of life in Greece at the same time.

Job Responsibility:

Manage incoming requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries
Resolve customer enquiries regarding guest’s booking
Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication

Requirements:

Fluent in Swedish
Eligible to work in Greece
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
PC literacy

Nice to have:

Team spirit & flexibility in working in a fast-paced environment
